Parasailing and Jet Ski!

Looking for some activities while you are in Florida? Let me give you a couple of ideas!

If you love the view of Pensacola from the ground, wait until you see it from 700 feet up. One of the best activities you can find on the beach is Parasailing!
This activity will allow you to spend a great time with friends and family while enjoying the view and the sun.


Parasailing is a kiting activity where a person or more is towed behind a boat while attached to a parachute and you will be attached by a harness to the parasail. 
Usually they accept around 12 people on the boat, you will be up in the air for approximately 
10 to 12 minutes

You will be able to find a lot of places that offer the possibility to do parasailing. 

Key Sailing in Pensacola: 
The rates: 90$ for a double and 135$ for a triple. Or 45$ a person doing doubles or triples, 
a single flyer is 85$. And the combined weight must be less than 450 lbs.
During summer they are open from 9AM to 6PM every day.

Jet Ski!

Jet Ski is another good way to enjoy your day and the sun with friends and family. 

What is it?  It’s a personal watercraft. The first and most popular is a "sit down" jet ski, 
where the rider uses the watercraft mainly sitting down and typically holds two or more people. 
The second style is a "stand up", where the rider uses the watercraft standing up.

Key Sailing in Pensacola: 
The Jet Ski rentals on Pensacola Beach are the big Yamaha VX’s that can seat up to three 
people and there is no charge for passengers or changing drivers.

The top speed is around 50-55mph. 
And the rent price: 
- $55 for a half-hour
- $85 for the hour
- $160 for two hours
- $300 for four hours
- The full day (8hrs) for $550
(Fuel is included along with all the required safety equipment.  No reservation is required)

For those who wants to drive and were born Jan 1 1988 or after are required to have passed
a boaters safety course.

    I'm probably going to go in Florida at Perdido key in the summer I will try the jet ski while I'm here for sure!
